Kelso Custom Builders, Inc. is a unique custom home builder because we handle every aspect and detail throughout the entire process, starting with the design concept. We’ll work closely with you to understand your goals for the project and welcome your input during this phase. We use an innovative software program to develop floor plans and 3D renderings so that you can see a realistic model of your home before any permitting or construction planning begins.
Once we have a finalized blueprint, we’ll handle all of the work involved with obtaining permits.
